Losing weight, getting fit, making a lifestyle change... These are always at the top of everyone's "New Year's Resolution" lists; and in my opinion, it's a lot easier to make these changes if you're stylin' and profilin'! See my top picks below to help get you and keep you motivated... Let's start with the gym essentials! You have to wear clothes, so they might as well be cute. My advice is to layer; I usually like to wear crop pants, a tank top, and some sort of light jacket or pull-over. Here are a few of my favorites; many are available in different colors as well: Just because you're going to the gym doesn't mean you can't have accessories...and cute ones at that! Hopefully, these fun finds will help keep you motivated long past the month of January... which is usually how long I last!
